Booking Notes
- A 50% deposit is required. Balance due on arrival.
- One-night stays are pre-paid and non-refundable.
- Ski packages are pre-paid and non-refundable.
- Deposits applied to your last day are due within seven days or the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Non-holiday reservations: must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance to receive a refund. Deposits on reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival or cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
- Holiday reservations: require 14-day notice to cancel for refund.
No refunds available for late arrivals or early departures. We cannot guarantee the weather.
